I’m about to book and pay for a tour, what does my tour cover?

Chasecations is responsible for your window seat in the 8 passenger comfortable van, fuel, tolls, all hotels, mobile internet. Daily ice and waters will be provided. Check out the “What’s Include In Your Tour?” page for more details!

You are responsible for your food/beverage/souvenirs/incidentals.

Do I need travel insurance?

We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. Outside of additional medical/liability insurance purchased with the rental van, we will not be providing individual or group coverage for tour guests.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We offer HASSLE FREE CANCELLATIONS. Initial deposit is Non-Refundable. Contact Us for details on your situation.

Where does Chasecations base their tours out of?

Chasecations is based out of Fort Worth, Texas and your hotel accommodations will be reserved at a comfortable hotel near Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.

Will mobile internet be provided?

YES, FREE mobile internet is provided!

What happens if I book a tour and my flight to the DFW airport gets delayed?

In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays to DFW airport, the tour will wait for all tour passengers to arrive before departing if the delay is within 24 hours and the weather permits.

What happens if we don’t see a tornado?

Unfortunately, Tornadoes are not guaranteed on any tour. Mother nature is unpredictable.

How safe is storm chasing?

Storm chasing can be dangerous, and Chasecations prides itself on YOUR SAFETY. SAFETY comes first and foremost before anything else on your tour. We have a clean incident free track record, and we plan to keep it that way!
